Α Visit and offer of woolen bonnets and scarves for adult refugees in Kalymnos

On Monday, January 25, 2016 we handed over to the Refugee Support Group in Kalymnos, in Little Theatre of Chora Kalymnos 27 knitted scarves, caps, necks for adult men and women survivors of last deadly wreck in Kalolimnos outside Kalymnos. These were made by ladies of KAPI of Tripolis and our group knitting of  the 2nd Junior High School of Kalymnos. The responsible of  Immigrant and refugee suport group who received them, mrs. Popi Galanomatis thanked the ladies of KAPI Tripoli and the students of our School for their contribution. We expressed our deep sorrow for the great calamity that found these people. I wish us Lord to help us continue the minimum our effort to empathize as much as possible more creative and relieve the refugees’s needs as much as we can. Due to the grave mourning we did not want to disturb the people themselves. We took photos of knitting creations of ladies and our schoolgirls we made and you can see them to get all the courage to step up our efforts. We thank those who help us to implement this project by giving our raw materials and knits. God let’s donate thousand plus times and reciprocate their love.

We have matched the caps with scarves and necks of both groups and we offered 19 sets of scarves and hats and  8  necks knitted, packed separately for women and men as separately labeled by the ladies of KAPI of Tripolis. We thank ladies for their love and careful packaging, which we adopted in order to be easy to use our offer.
